Initial Situation
A grid operator in the energy sector faced the challenge of making inspections of high-voltage lines – especially helicopter-based inspections – more efficient, secure, and legally compliant. Existing processes were largely paper-based, required extensive manual documentation, and often caused delays in assessing critical infrastructure. The goal was a digital, mobile solution enabling structured order processing, guided documentation, and ease of use.
